BEWARE !!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM   Hek-Ofay-Deal

Do not buy a car from Sandy, who's real name is: Sanjay Pasrija.  He will not provide a title and he misrepresents the condition of the cars he list on Ebay.  He sold me a car 2000 Honda CR-V that has been wrecked.  In the auction description he specifically stated that the car had not had any previous body work.  Before I sent him the money to buy the car, I asked him to tell me if the car has had any paint or bodywork and he told me that the car has never had any paint or body work.

This is a copy of his email: [ I am certain that this vehicle has no body repair. All original panels with original paint.]

I had the car shipped to Tulsa Oklahoma, the car arrived and I immediately discovered that the right rear quarter panel had been damaged and had just been very poorly repaired.  Whoever did the work tried to use pinstripe tape to hide the paint line.  It was a very bad repair job that Sandy had done to conceal the damage to the car. There was masking tape in the door jambs and overspray sizzling on the muffler the shoddy repairs were so recent.  The car also had many dents in the hood and on the left and right quarter panel.  He described the body as having a "few minor scuffs".   This was a total lie, the body has numerous dents that will require paint and body work to repair.

He described the car in the Ebay auction as a "one-owner".  I have since discovered that this vehicle has had a least 3 owner's in addition to the original owner.

I have not received a title for this vehicle.  Shortly after the conclusion of the auction, the seller was contacted by someone who had been watching the auction and assumed the vehicle wouldn't sell and was going to wait until the auction's conclusion and attempt to bargain for the vehicle.  Instead I bought the vehicle and this individual offered the seller an additional $1,000 over my purchase price.  The seller refuses to send the title so that I will be forced to return it and then the seller would resell it for an higher price.

Do not buy a car from Sanjay Pasrija, he is very dishonorable and you will be very sorry that you trusted him.  I discovered that he has contacts in India that have set up bogus Ebay accounts so that he can bid on and pretend to buy some of his own Ebay auctions to bid up bidders and to allow him to enter bogus positive feedback to lure unsuspecting buyers into his fraudulent transactions.

I am going to take the following steps against this seller:

1.  I am going to contact every bidder each time he list a car for sale and send them a copy of this information so that they do not make the same mistake I did in buying a car that has been misrepresented.  I will send each bidder information that will convince them not to buy a car from Hek-Ofay-Deal.

 2. I am filing a complaint with Ebay under the Buyer Protection Plan to have Hek-Ofay-Deal removed from Ebay.

3.  I am also filing a complaint with the Texas Dealer's Commission.  Texas dealer's must post a bond and my attorney is going to file a claim against Pasrija's dealer bond.

I welcome anyone to contact me if they would like any further information or documentation, my purpose is to warn everyone to stay away from this seller. I can be contacted at:
