Here's
a squeeky clean, very nicely
equipped, low mileage, Jet Black 1997 C5 Corvette that was repossessed
by an Oklahoma hospital credit union. It has a CLEAN and CLEAR
Oklahoma title free from any and all liens and encumbrances . Has only
been driven 52,700 pampered miles. Has an absolutely dazzling
appearance! Exceptionally nice condition inside and out. Runs

It
appears never to have had any prior paint or body repairs, every
indication is that this is a bone-stock original car. Body panel
fit and finish is excellent. There are no cracks, tears, or rips to
the interior. The air conditioning blows ice-cold air. Does not
leak any fluids whatsoever. Fires up immediately and robustly
with a twist of the key. The battery was just recently replaced
with an 800 amp replacement. The tires were replaced
approximately 4,000 miles ago with a set of FireHawk SZ50EP's.
Upon
taking possession of this vehicle, the hospital credit union sent it
out for general servicing at a franchised Chevrolet dealership in
order to prepare it for resell. There it received a rear brake
job, replacement of the the drive belt idler pulley, replacement of
the driver's side sun visor and a general inspection.
The
only notable faults we've found is that the driver's door mirror will
not fold in, this is typical with C5 flag-style mirrors, it is fully
functional and operational, however it just cannot be folded inward.
The body and paint are exceptional, the only flaw being at the lower
right hand corner of the hood near the headlight is a small area
approximately 3 inches square. In this area are small, shallow
indentations in the surface of the hood. It appears something came in
contact with that area of the hood, it did not scrape or chip off the
paint, and this is a small blemish that's only noticeable upon
close-up inspection.
This is
a good strong vehicle that makes a very impressive appearance, it
still looks like new. The engine is silky smooth and robust with
torque. Goes down the road straight and true with impressive
performance, handling and braking.
