Here's
a 1999 Viper GTS that has sustained readily repairable damage to
the left front corner. This is an insurance claim
settlement vehicle. Black with silver stripes, Cognac
leather, 25,758 miles, 18 inch factory alloy wheels fitted with
Michelin Pilot tires, 70 mm throttle bodies with aluminum smooth
tubes and K&N conical air filters, header exhaust.
Known
Defects: Has sustained damage to the right front
from an impact that pushed the right front suspension into
the fuse box/cowl area. Radiator is fully intact with no
damage. Damage was confined to the outside of the right front
frame rail. The front bumper cover, control arms, hood,
right headlight, windshield and right exhaust sill panel will
require replacement. We
do not provide repair estimates.
Both
doors, both rear quarter panels, roof, rear bumper and the rear body
panel were not damaged. The seats have impressions left
from parts being placed in the car at the scene of the accident.
It is missing the radio, the a/c condenser, the small oil
cooler and the spare/jack. Both air bags were deployed.
Because
the damage occurred in the area of the fuse box, we have not
powered up the car to attempt to start it.
We
have several sources for good used Viper parts at very
reasonable prices that we will provide to the buyer of this
vehicle.
